He was wanted in Kalamazoo, Michigan but police found him in Muncie. Victor Peery was arrested with two other men on East Princeton Avenue. He’s accused of shooting his 20-year-old girlfriend, who survived. Police seized heroin, cocaine and a handgun in the arrests. Police say Peery has family in the area
