Police arrested a Muncie 28-year-old man for whipping his girlfriend with a belt. Donald Crabtree was booked into jail for the alleged attack Tuesday after the woman said she asked him who he was texting. She reported he became violently angry and hit her, pinned her to the bed while trying to wrap the belt around her nead. She was able to get away. A concerned neighbor called police. He’s facing several charges.
