In Muncie, they’re looking into why a new snow plow caught fire inside the city garage. The street superintendent says the truck was not running when it caught fire on Tuesday morning, destroying the $140,000 vehicle, and sparking fears in the four other new trucks. They were bought from a dealer in Ohio last September.
