In Richmond, a man was arrested after attempting to break-in to a nearby store. 47-year-old Thomas Pinkston of Muncie was charged with a total of eight felonies for burglarizing two businesses and attempting to burglarize a third, as well as resisting law enforcement. Pinkston was taken into the Wayne County Jail and is being held on bond.
