A Muncie man is in jail on drug charges because somebody smelled meth being cooked and called police. 52-year-old Jonathon Winkle was arrested leaving a home on South Jefferson St. and reportedly threw a pipe containing meth during his arrest. He’s got a $7,500 bond and charged with possession and paraphernalia. He remains in the Delaware County Jail.
