An Elwood man suspected of counterfeiting is expected to plead guilty on March 14. The Herald Bulletin reports that Christopher R. Garner is being held in the Madison County Jail on charges of felony counterfeiting and theft, as well as probation violation after spreading the fake cash in Elwood and Alexandria.
