A Daleville man speeding on Interstate 69 near Anderson is in jail after the driver was found with heroin. 24-year-old Zachary Tumulty was reportedly seen going 90 miles an hour by a state trooper. He was arrested after state police found heroin and pot in his Pontiac. He was booked and bailed out of Madison County jail after posting $6,000 bond.
