A Muncie resident Curtis Westbrook is suing the Muncie City Court and the Delaware County Sheriff’s Department in a case that landed the judge out of a job last year. Muncie City Court Judge Dianna Bennington resigned as part of an “agreement for discipline” with the Indiana Supreme Court after she had 13 misconduct allegations filed against her for how she handled some cases. Westbrook wants his record cleared, financial compensation and a public apology.
