After announcing a move to Mexico, Carrier says it did not take the $5 million in tax credits offered as part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. The company was offered the stimulus money to expand production at the Indianapolis facility. The company says it will evaluate other tax credits, incentives and grants and will not take them if their obligations have not been met.
