A major street closure in Muncie begins today: Officials are closing the intersection of Madison & Jackson Street while crews work on the sanitary sewer system. This will have a big impact on traffic as eastbound Jackson commuters will detour on Jefferson to Adams to Monroe and then back to Jackson. The intersection near the downtown fire station is expected to be closed for the next four weeks.
