A northwest Licking County Library is celebrating a milestone in the community. The Mary E. Babcock Library in Johnstown is celebrating their 10th anniversary with a reception Monday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the library at 320 North Main Street. Visitors to the celebration can decorate bookmarks, look over photos from library events and learn about their history. The late Mary E. Babcock provided the $1 million dollars in seed money for the project. The grand opening was held on February 13, 2006.
