The Anderson mother who claimed her daughter was run over by a lawnmower has been arrested on charges of murder and aggravated battery. 45-year-old Denell Roberts was taken into custody Wednesday and lodged in the Madison County Detention Center. She is accused of failing to seek timely medical assistance after she ran over the 12-year-old last October.
