An Anderson man who was shot by a police officer in July after allegedly shooting two others will undergo a third mental health evaluation to determine his competency to stand trial. Madison County Circuit Court 1 Judge Angela Warner-Sims ordered the evaluation of Atul Navalo, delaying his trial, which was scheduled to start Feb. 10. It now is expected to start June 7.
