It’s been a short snow-removal season so far, but that doesn’t mean there haven’t been any problems. Crews in Anderson say they experienced eight break-downs on the city’s 10 snow-removal trucks. Officials say all have been repaired and they are now ready for service. The city went through about 400 tons of salt during the latest snowstorm. An additional 500 tons has been ordered in preparation for the next round of winter weather.
