A murder trial for the suspect in a New Castle woman’s death has been delayed. The suspect, 37-year-old Anthony Dailey is accused of killing Kirsten Sidwell last spring. Her body found by a fisherman in a pond near Sulphur Springs on April 2nd. The woman had been strangled and her body was found partially enclosed in a suitcase. According to the prosecutor, an envelope with Dailey’s name on it was in the suitcase and he made incriminating statements to a relative. A new trial date will be set Feb. 11th. Dailey’s attorneys needed more time to prepare. He remains in jail.
