A Muncie woman with previous drunk driving convictions was found passed out behind the wheel of her SUV last week. Megan Hamilton was charged with DUI, and police say her blood alcohol level was .34 percent. She was found slumped over the wheel at Indiana 3 and County Road 800-North about 10:45 p.m. Wednesday. She told the deputy she’d been drinking since 5 p.m. at a Muncie restaurant. She remains in Delaware County jail under a bond of $7,500.
