A Muncie teenager has been arrested for carrying a stolen handgun. 19-year-old Britton Devon Kirkland was being questioned after police received a report about possible car break-ins in the Whitely neighborhood. Kirkland told officers he bought the 45-caliber handgun for $150 from “someone he didn’t know”. The gun had been reported stolen in October 2013.
