Police have arrested a man for allegedly breaking his wife’s wrist during an argument. The man is William England, being held now in the Delaware County jail. He’s facing domestic battery and interference with the reporting of a crime. His bond set at $7,500. His wife said the man slammed her head against a wall and yanked on her wrist. She decided to press charges the next day after x-rays showed it was broken.
