Animal cruelty charges are being brought against a Muncie man for failing to care for his dog. According to police, 31-year-old Joshua Wilson is charged with animal cruelty, a misdemeanor that could land him in jail for a year. His landlord called police after she found a malnourished pit bull with an eye problem, no food or water in the home. Wilson’s next hearing is February first.
