Charges have been filed in the deaths of two Muncie teens who were killed last January in a crash. The victims were Annie and Caroline Clark, who attended Cowan Junior-Senior High School. They were with Ethan Lee, now a 19-year-old from Cayuga, who lost control of his F150 at the top of a hill, hit an embankment, flew about 40 feet and crashed into a wall at Colonial Brick Corporation. A third passenger from the area was also killed. A woman in the office was injured. After Lee’s indictment yesterday, he surrendered and released on bond.
