An Indiana lawmaker is proposing students get a near-full ride to college if they graduate in the top 20 percent of their class and agree to become teachers. The GOP house bill is a key piece of legislation for the new session. Speaker Brian Bosma says students would get $30,000 for college if they agree to teach for five years following graduation.
