In Hartford City, 30-year-old David Wright, known as “Bobby” is charged with child molesting after he allegedly admitted sexually assaulting two children under 12 dozens of times since last fall. He reportedly told the FBI he recorded the abuse on his cell phone and downloaded it onto his computer. Wright is being held in Blackford County jail with a $20,000 bond.
