Anderson police have arrested a man they believe robbed the PNC bank branch. 25-year-old Jesean Marquese Agnew is charged with robbery and other counts after allegedly jumped over the counter at the Nichol Avenue bank, grabbed an undetermined amount of cash, and fled on foot. He was later captured with help from a K9 officer.
