A medical emergency caused his semi to crash into a cable barrier on I-69 in Anderson Thursday. It happened in the construction zone near mile marker 229. An Indiana State Trooper recognized the signs that the semi driver may have been experiencing a stroke and called an ambulance. The truck driver was otherwise uninjured in the crash.
